L’IRTA<\/a>, <\/span>est\u00e0 ubicat a Sant Carles de la R\u00e0pita, t\u00e9 una ubicaci\u00f3 privilegiada als peus de les zones de pesca del marisc. L’IRTA \u00e9s el responsable de dur a terme el \u00abPrograma de seguiment de la qualitat de l’aigua a les zones de pesca de marisc de Catalunya\u00bb des de 1999 i, per tant, est\u00e0 en estret contacte amb el sector productiu i administratiu.<\/p>\n

L’IRTA tamb\u00e9 ha comen\u00e7at a realitzar an\u00e0lisi de fitopl\u00e0ncton mar\u00ed de la Costa Valenciana. A m\u00e9s, l’IRTA tamb\u00e9 compta amb instal\u00b7lacions d’investigaci\u00f3 aq\u00fc\u00edcola, tant a l’interior com a l’exterior.<\/p>\n

El principal inter\u00e8s investigador del Laboratori d’Espectrometria de Masses-contaminants org\u00e0nics de l’IDAEA-CSIC se centra en l’estudi de contaminants org\u00e0nics en concentracions de tra\u00e7a en les matrius pertanyents als diferents compartiments ambientals. El laboratori t\u00e9 experi\u00e8ncia en an\u00e0lisi de toxines (microcistines, toxines, saxitoxines, CTXs, tetrodotoxines, entre d’altres) mitjan\u00e7ant diferents metodologies basades en LC-MS, LC-MS\/MS, LC-HRMS espectrometria de masses; MALDI-TOF\/TOF.<\/p>\n

El IRTA<\/a>, <\/span>est\u00e1 ubicado en Sant Carles de la R\u00e0pita, tiene una ubicaci\u00f3n privilegiada cerca de las zonas de pesca del marisco. El IRTA es el responsable de llevar a cabo el \u00abPrograma de seguimiento de la calidad del agua en las zonas de pesca de marisco de Catalu\u00f1a\u00bb desde 1999 y, por tanto, est\u00e1 en estrecho contacto con el sector productivo y administrativo.<\/p>\r\n

El IRTA tambi\u00e9n ha comenzado a realizar an\u00e1lisis de fitoplancton marino de la Costa Valenciana. El principal inter\u00e9s investigador del Laboratorio de Espectrometr\u00eda de Masas-Contaminantes Org\u00e1nicos del IDAEA-CSIC se centra en el estudio de contaminantes org\u00e1nicos en concentraciones de traza en las matrices pertenecientes a los diferentes compartimentos ambientales. El laboratorio tiene experiencia en an\u00e1lisis de toxinas (microcistinas, toxinas, STXs, CTXs, TTXs, entre otras) mediante diferentes metodolog\u00edas basadas en LC-MS, LC-MS \/ MS, LC-HRMS espectrometr\u00eda de masas; MALDI-TOF \/ TOF.<\/p>\r\n
